Go Ahead and Make Your Laundry List

Hey, I’ve got a very simple homework assignment for you today. In preparation for the most powerful and dramatic presentation I have ever created and developed to be released next week I’d like to ask you a question.

What’s standing your in your way?

Maybe the better question is what do you think is standing in your way?

Go ahead. Ask yourself, your team, anyone really…

I’m not afraid of your excuses. Harsh, but true. It’s very simple really, whatever you believe to be the reasons, obstacles, things, problems, challenges standing in your way, keeping you from your next breakthrough – you are right – 100% absolutely right. Whatever is on your list is in your way at least perceived to be.

We will, together, change all of that next week.

Here’s the deal with my Small Practice Revolution that I will unveil next week, it’s about overcoming your obstacles and breaking through your challenges. It’s about eliminating all of the excuses that have plagued you with stagnation and resulted in a plateaued growth. By the way, it’s not just about making more money and having higher production month after month, it’s about doing it in a way that’s healthy for the team, the doctor and the patients while increasing the profitability of the Practice so everyone can win. The point is, there is something to show for the progress made, the time on the calendar elapsed and the investment energy.

I really am not here to dictate what success looks like or what your goals should be, rather I want to know what you believe to be standing in your way.

Why don’t you send me your list…my team will compile them and we’ll give you the top challenges, obstacles, setbacks, etc and you can be the judge. My hunch, they will all be very similar.

Patients.
Insurance.
Capacity.
Time.

But don’t let me sway you.

Here’s what I’m going to say, next week we are going to walk through, step by step, how to create big dentistry profits inside of your existing practice with changing very very little, if anything at all. We are going to restructure the flow of money and patient compliance so that it lends and leads itself to efficient yet valuable dentistry. We are going to create a seamless, cohesive patient experience that is accomplished when every team member thrives and feels (and actually is) valued, appreciated, well compensated, and helping the practice grow for the future.

This is the point of everything we do, creating a triple victory, a win/win/win across all key factors of your Practice, Doctor, Team and Patient.

I know together we can revolutionize the way patients perceive the significance of dentistry in their life and for their health. We can explode the potential of your practice by removing every obstacle you believe to be in your way. We will make dentistry great for you and your patients and do it in a way that it’s fun, rewarding, and profitable.

Now, there is a caution that must be stated, a warning if you will. Next week I’m going to eliminate and destroy every excuse you can come up with and you will then have a detailed and specific plan to actually achieve results. If you choose to be decisive and commit to the vision and mission of your practice, we will once and for all align your daily operations with your purpose and passion of serving patients and leave you with a practice business model that works.

And you will be more confident and in control than ever before in your career. This should be exciting for you and your entire team.

The saying goes: we can’t fix it unless we first acknowledge and recognize it’s there, so make that laundry list of problems, challenges, obstacles that are holding you back, standing in your way, and keeping you from your ultimate potential.
