The real profit in dentistry (all of the profit, at least for the independent dentist, the ones who I’m here for), is inside of your patients and the only way to get it out is to cultivate it, develop it, grow it – and here is the best part of all…

All of these things any smart, ambitious, studious Dentist would want.
Well, you have control over all of them.
You. Not your patients. Not your team. Not your location. Not your demographics. Not even your skill set.
Having just finished a weekend retreat with one of my amazing Wealth Groups and having done a Coaching Call day with another, I can give you story after story about practices that are doing 2, 3, 4 even 5 times the highest average of any ‘normal’ general dentists and none of them get there through volume – or – working a lot. Hard maybe, who (that’s any good) doesn’t want to work hard at what they do, enjoy and love.
It has to be fun for you. If it isn’t, it might not be “you” but instead the “it” that needs to change. We simply need to find your passion again and get you back to doing what you love.
It is possible to have patients walk in and write checks for $20,000, $40,000 even $60,000 or more within days or weeks of first meeting you – not years of accumulated dentistry.
It is possible to not place implants, do surgeries or any wild and crazy big ticket procedures…just by doing true rehabilitative, reconstructive dentistry and do $100,000, $150,000, $200,000 or more in a single month with a small team working 3 or 4 days a week while netting more than 50%.
It is possible to not do big cases at all and still easily achieve $7,000, $10,000, $12,000 or even $15,000 or more per day through quadrant dentistry.
It is possible to fall in love with ONE specific procedure or ONE category of dentistry and build your dream practice while having an associate do everything else.
It is possible to take a week off every month AND give your team that same week off every month WITH pay because you achieved your goals in just 12 clinical days…since you want everyone to win.
I know because I had someone do each one of these and I have intimate knowledge of every nuance, decision and detail – and these are just a few examples of doctors I’ve worked with personally.
I can tell you countless stories of doctors that will blow your mind in what they collect. Not long ago, even they wouldn’t believe it could happen, to anyone, in any practice, in any city in the country – especially not to them.
But it does. It has. It will continue.
While there are of course several factors; there is only one underlying fundamental principle to make this reality, your chosen reality, possible.
