It is NOT enough to ‘just be’ a Dentist.
Not if you want to live up to your greatest potential, if you want to be paid what you are worth, if you want to truly help your patients and create a thriving profitable practice for you and your team.
No, you can’t just show up and do the dentistry. So before you say, “Yeah but I do JUST want to do the dentistry,” and that you have no interest in the business side of the practice.
First, you are here with me reading this, which automatically means you already embrace the personal responsibility it takes to win.
Second, you can actually create a self-managed practice where your team and your systems run your practice so that you can be liberated to do the dentistry and enjoy every day in the office.
This is possible when (and ONLY when), you take control over the business of dentistry.

Look, it’s well known that they didn’t teach you how to OWN a practice, MANAGE a business, LEAD a team, SELL a patient or pretty much anything else in Dental School other than the dentistry itself.
Whether that was a few years ago or forty years ago, it doesn’t matter because Business Principles can and must be applied to your practice in order for you to break free from only having a “job” that happens to pay you out of a bank account with your name on it.
You see, the most powerful part of being an Entrepreneurial Dentist is that your life doesn’t have to revolve around your practice. Your practice can fit very nicely in any way, shape or form into your life.
YES, you can have it all. But, there is only one way to do that.
To make decisions about every aspect of your practice based on proven and sound business principles that won’t leave you at a disadvantage.
There are decisions that every Doctor must make. These are the same for everyone because you are in the same business. However, then there are also decisions that are dramatically and completely different practice to practice, doctor to doctor and team to team. These are no different than treatment decisions are from patient to patient.
You can only win consistently in your life and practice when you have built your practice on rock solid foundation that allows for a sustainable, profitable and enjoyable business.
This is obviously what I do.

How on earth can you possibly make decisions when BOTH answers can be found, lobbied for, push, coerced, seduced and sold to you?
You can’t.
