The end of one year, the beginning of the next, and to the ambitious and success minded doctors it offers a perfect opportunity to pause and deeply reflect…

The most common thing I hear from Doctors as they look back on the past twelve months is not every goal they set actually happened. It hardly matters all the reasons why or why not because like one of my influential sports coaches use to say – NO EXCUSES just RESULTS.
