I skipped out of the rest of the course. I\u2019ve never played hooky before! I called him a few days later and set up my blueprint.<\/p>\n<p>My goal was to take my one doctor office and make it into two a doctor office because my daughter would be graduating, and I wanted her practice with me.<\/p>\n<p>I knew that there wasn\u2019t enough revenue for both of us. I was desperate to figure out first how they could make my practice better. But also, how are they make it work for both of us?<\/p>\n<h3>We definitely have been more successful! We\u2019ve more than doubled our practice collections. I take home a lot more. I have invested a lot more money than I ever thought that I would.<\/h3>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium\" align=\"center\" src=\"https:\/\/dentalsuccesstoday.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Dr-Popp-and-Dr-Bailey.jpg\" alt=\"Dr. Suzanne Popp &#038; Dr. Natalie Bailey\" width=\"750\"  \/>\n<p>It took me probably two or three years of going to meetings to reflect back and understand on what an advantage I have had as a dentist to have started my career with such a great mentor.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve been practicing for about nine years, and I\u2019ve always had DST and Scott. It\u2019s one of those \u2018you don\u2019t really know what you don\u2019t have\u2019 situations. Today we reflected on the past couple of years and how we\u2019ve changed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cI certainly have not always had the confidence that I have today as a dentist. You have to continue working at that.<\/p>\n<p>The biggest shift I think that I have noticed through DST specifically is when I started practicing, I was taking on a lot of dental insurances and I thought that was the way I had to do it.<\/p>\n<p>It took coming to these meetings and actually talking with other like-minded dentists to really see that yes, this is our decision to switch from dental insurances or switch the way that we\u2019re thinking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;I\u2019ve met lifelong friends.
