How can I be so bold and so certain to unequivocally say you will have the best year of your life in and out of your practice?<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s start with three very specific reasons (that I hope you\u2019ll reflect on as you read this)\u2026<\/p>\n

The first and most foundational reason why they have the best year of their lives is that it begins with deciding what that exactly means.<\/p>\n

HOW WILL YOU DEFINE \u201cBEST\u201d?<\/p>\n

For some it\u2019s straight up, plain and simple: dollars and cents.<\/p>\n

If that\u2019s you \u2013 that\u2019s fine by me. \u00a0There should never be any judgment against someone else (obvious considerations for ethics and legalities). \u00a0When it comes to success in your practice and money in your bank account, you get to decide what it is that you want.<\/p>\n

Once you link your purpose and goals together, so that when you accomplish one you accomplish the other, you will have a life lived in harmony and you will actually HAVE FUN while in pursuit of your objectives.<\/p>\n

Still, that alone is not enough because of the complexity of execution. \u00a0The truth is, you will sabotage yourself and allow others to sabotage your efforts. \u00a0This is the reality of every single Doctor I have ever talked to and had the privilege to help them achieve their best years ever, year after year.<\/p>\n

The hardest part of the entire puzzle is\u2026<\/p>\n

Finally, we have to now develop a practice that is actually capable of achieving both of those things \u2013 the third principle\u2026<\/p>\n

MAKING SURE YOUR PRACTICE MATH WORKS<\/p>\n

That means we have to execute my reverse engineering technique to ensure your practice can deliver to you the dollars per day and per team member required to hit your goals, based on the number of hours you want to be in the office.<\/p>\n

We also have to optimize your overhead to provide PROFIT growth, not just PRODUCTION growth; to avoid harder work that does not necessarily result in a bottom line increase.<\/p>\n
