Yes, it\u2019s my lucky day. \u00a0I get to talk about the most amazing concept ever on Christmas Eve. \u00a0We\u2019ll be picking right up from last week, as I want to really drive this home.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s the thing, as I said before, the gift of deserve is not just for your patients. \u00a0It is for you! \u00a0As Kevin and I talk about all the time, you are special and you deserve to be treated special; especially by YOURSELF.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s right. \u00a0You just gotta get in the habit of being more positive, loving, caring, generous and attentive to yourself. \u00a0It really is impossible to take care of others \u2013 at least in the way they deserve \u2013 if you aren\u2019t taking care of yourself first.<\/p>\n

I have to tell you the secret to all of this. \u00a0It\u2019s to give yourself permission\u2026<\/p>\n

To be happy<\/p>\n

To be healthy<\/p>\n

To pursue your goals<\/p>\n

To forgive<\/p>\n

To be proud<\/p>\n

To want<\/p>\n

And especially and most of all to NOT feel guilty about any and all of the above.<\/p>\n

You do so much for so many IN and OUT of your office. \u00a0So, trust me, you deserve more too.<\/p>\n

This is a gift, I promise. \u00a0It\u2019s a conscious decision and a feeling that you initiate from within. \u00a0As you know, your outside world reflects your inside world more so than your inside worlds reflects your outside world.<\/p>\n

Meaning that, as a powerful person, you feel, think, do and then things happen \u2013 NOT the other way around (where things happen and then you decide what to do, think and feel). \u00a0You want to be the cause not the effect.<\/p>\n

And that begins with you giving yourself the gift to know, believe and feel deserving; and then acting accordingly.<\/p>\n

I can tell you this: you will encourage, motivate and inspire a lot more patients to say yes, get healthy and have the smile of their dreams \u2013 if you are a shining example of deserve and you radiate confidence, joy and fulfillment FIRST.<\/p>\n

Today begins the same as everyday \u2013 with you. \u00a0Make it count, make it meaningful, make it memorable and make it the day you take care of yourself by giving yourself permission to deserve more.<\/p>\n

For your Holidays and Christmastime, go ahead and make that list that might feel or even be a little selfish. \u00a0Then, in about one week\u2019s time, you can make next year the year you start at the top and work right down it like any other to-do list checking off the things you really want.<\/p>\n

If that doesn\u2019t sound like fun, I don\u2019t know what would. \u00a0Because, after all, you deserve it.<\/p>\n
