{"id":1467,"date":"2019-09-16T17:36:38","date_gmt":"2019-09-16T17:36:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dentalsuccesstoday.com\/blog\/?p=1467"},"modified":"2019-09-16T17:36:38","modified_gmt":"2019-09-16T17:36:38","slug":"constant-and-never-ending-improvement-part-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dentalsuccesstoday.com\/blog\/constant-and-never-ending-improvement-part-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Constant and Never-Ending Improvement &#8211; Part 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yes, I know it\u2019s a common theme here and why shouldn\u2019t it be. \u00a0It is the only way to do it. \u00a0At the end of every day, you want to have learned something new, improved in some way, had something to look back on of substance, and be proud of the contributions you have made. \u00a0This requires intentional planning with time set aside to reflect.<\/p>\n<p>If, by chance, you have decided against the significance of and the need for the end of day huddle (which is the ideal spot), then you must find another way to incorporate\u2026 Your Daily Celebration.<\/p>\n<p>This is your opportunity to point out and focus on the things that have gone well. \u00a0If you focus more on the positives, you will absolutely get more of it. \u00a0It\u2019s quite simple, be more fixated on that which you want to repeat and replicate; instead of the things you don\u2019t want.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, the biggest complaint from Team Members is that both other team members and Doctors tend to focus too much on the negative. \u00a0And we wonder why morale is low and culture is in an up-and-down roller coaster ride.<\/p>\n<p>You don\u2019t have to accept or ignore the negatives. \u00a0However, you don\u2019t want to obsess or dwell on them. \u00a0Rather, you want to do something about them.<\/p>\n<p>This is why I am saying to you always focus on being in a state of CONSTANT and NEVER-ENDING IMPROVEMENT.<\/p>\n<p>Now, how does that sound?
