Instead of wanting to pay them as little as possible or thinking that they are making \u2018too much\u2019 or any other resentful feelings\u2026 switch this to asking yourself what can you do to get a better return on your investment, in this case, a better return on your team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s not exclusively the investment\u2019s job to perform, it is actually (and you could even say at least equally), the investor\u2019s responsibility for the return.
