You choose Private Practice. And that means you deserve the right to be independent from these forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Every single day I see private practices give up their own power and volunteer to conform to the norms of run-of-the-mill, watered down, commoditized dentistry in every way\u2026 and then complain about it as if they were coerced into a corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In reality, all of these decisions stem from a completely different set of threats. Even the most burdensome external threat can become completely powerless if you master one last type of threat; which happens to be the most important to overcome. More on that in a moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Each of these forces act like dominoes. The fall of one leads to another which leads to another. That\u2019s why it\u2019s so critical you strengthen your practice from the ground up and insulate yourself from all possible pressures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you let any of the external threats (the economy, insurance, competition, industry trends), push you around and you start making decisions based on the status quo or what the \u201cmajority\u201d believes, then you will be slowly weakening the foundation of your practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This shows up mostly in lower fees, dependence on insurance, or even letting team members dictate practice operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your practice becomes ruled by everyone else \u2013 but you. You become a servant to others as you simply follow their demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n During my Whiteboard Session, I will show you exactly how to identify, prevent, and eliminate these deep-rooted issues. They can stem from wanting to be liked by everyone or afraid of confrontation or even just having your misaligned goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Now, even though these are inside of your \u2013 there is something else in there too. It has not been removed, in fact it can\u2019t be. It has only been suppressed, hidden, often overshadowed so much so that you don\u2019t even realize it\u2019s still there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And that is your own powerful potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I will explain exactly how to tap into that source and light your practice, your life, your ambition on fire again. Maybe, really, for the first time in your life.
