In it, I explained the single most detrimental behavior that Dentists (yes, most likely you), have that sabotages their success. You probably don\u2019t even realize it and you may not even believe me, but it\u2019s true, 100%. It would never seem like a bad thing until you take a step back and look at it and realize just how much of a disservice you do to yourself, your team, and your patients\u2026trying to do too much by carrying the weight of production creation on your shoulders.<\/p>\n<p>I shared with you three of the most powerful and specific daily strategies to engage in, for your entire team, patient by patient, visit by visit.<\/p>\n<p>Those three, I elaborated on last week were:<\/p>\n<p>Always ask more questions<\/p>\n<p>Be sure to take more pictures<\/p>\n<p>And to have a specific educational focus<\/p>\n<p>They seem so simple and yet they will quadruple your daily diagnosis. No matter how good you think you are now, no matter how thorough or masterful clinically you profess to be, these will empower your team to carry the load, create the opportunity and elevate your patient experience to new levels of excellence, completeness, differentiation, and ultimately follow-through on treatment and case acceptance.<\/p>\n<p>I promised some specific activities to help you practice with your team and the best ways to use these three strategies to enhance your cohesiveness as a team.<\/p>\n<p>We call it practicing \u201cThe Full Patient Perspective\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The most important way to do this is to first be willing to take a look at EVERY SINGLE INTERACTION a PATIENT has with YOU and Your Practice \u2013 from their point of view.
