\nYou are looking after your patients, your associates if you have them, your team members, their families, your family, your loved ones and all the others in your community. The question invariably is WHO THEN, IS LOOKING OUT FOR YOU?<\/p>\n
I\u2019m sure, if you have a spouse or significant other you are well cared for. Perhaps. Still, I wonder, who do you share your hopes, your dreams, your cares, your worries, your concerns, your crazy ideas, your frustrations from the day.<\/p>\n
Who takes all that in, and in some beneficial way \u2013 accepts, understands, embraces, and digests in a way that it adds nourishment back to you as result.<\/p>\n
I have no doubt you have a SUPPORT SYSTEM for your Life, Practice and Goals.<\/p>\n
There is a difference; a dramatic, radical, altering difference in having \u201csupport\u201d and having someone be your guide, coach, nudge, leader that acts as the infrastructural driving force for change, empowerment, and confidence; that not only supports but actually facilitates and ensures you achieve your goals, dreams, desires, objectives, and wildest most amazing and grand ambitions.<\/p>\n

Whether you like him or not, I\u2019m am the Donald Trump of the Dental Industry. I have made more dentists successful beyond need of doing anything else in my life. I have no \u2018need\u2019 to continue down this path, I choose it, I speak truth with no agenda and am here for one reason and one reason only…<\/p>\n
To fight for the Independent Dentists of our Industry who still BELIEVE in having a practice THEY WANT; not what someone else or some organization or association or entity or insurance company tries to force and dictate.<\/p>\n
Bottom line: My philosophy is simple…<\/p>\n
YOU COME FIRST. If you aren\u2019t happy then you are living a lie and you will never have a happy, well oiled machine, high performing team, ever; and you will never be able to completely and ideally serve your patients.<\/p>\n
No matter what you think. If you aren\u2019t enjoying your days, being paid handsomely so that you are proud and feel good about it, and aren\u2019t utilizing your talents and skills you\u2019ve invested in for your lifetime \u2013 then when you are with a patient at the office, you will really be wishing you were somewhere else, and when you are somewhere else doing other things you\u2019ll secretly be feeling guilty that you are not inside of your practice working to make it better and more like the way you have always envisioned.<\/p>\n
This can\u2019t go on and isn\u2019t good for anyone, especially you.<\/p>\n
And by the way, I don\u2019t care if you are living your dream practice now and you have everything perfectly aligned exactly the way you want it – if that’s the case, then you absolutely are the exact type of Dentist who never-ever stops pursuing their goals and striving to climb the next mountain, achieve the next pinnacle, conquer the next challenge and create the next breakthrough.<\/p>\n
You must come first.<\/p>\n
