The <em>why<\/em> behind the work you do and whether your patients are even aware of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Always remember: Patients mirror what you put out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your marketing says, \u201cWe fix teeth,\u201d you\u2019ll get people who just want a fix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But if it says, \u201cWe build lifelong health,\u201d you\u2019ll get people who are ready to invest in transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019re not a tooth mechanic. You\u2019re not a smile technician. You are the expert, the leader, the guide and your brand must reflect that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attract what you want by standing for something bigger. That\u2019s how you intercept the right patients before they\u2019re even in your chair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don\u2019t wait for your patients to \u201cget it.\u201d You have to lead. That\u2019s what consumers demand now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is the greatest news for private practices because it exactly mirrors how you should be approaching your practice \u2013 the same way you approach your patients\u2019 health\u2026 Not marginally better \u2013 all the way better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I don\u2019t take my doctors and say, \u201cLet\u2019s make your life a little bit better.\u201d&nbsp; That\u2019s boring, that\u2019s old news, and, frankly, it\u2019s not worth the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instead, we say, \u201cLet\u2019s make it the best it can be.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That\u2019s what I do for my doctors, the best it can be. This is the place where you can dream and aspire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I give you full permission to go all-in. That\u2019s what we\u2019re after here, and that\u2019s what a 100% health is all about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This mindset shift is not a little bit better, but the best it can be. I want you to think about this in every aspect of your life and practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, how do you do that? Well, you do that by building a profitable practice.&nbsp; Which means\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mindset Shift #3: Don&#8217;t Fit the Mold \u2013 BLOW IT UP!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The industry wants to put you in a box\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cYou\u2019re this kind of practice.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cYou\u2019re in this kind of market.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cYou should do this much per hour, per op, per chair.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forget all that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This isn\u2019t about working harder to squeeze more out of a broken system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is about working smarter to <strong>build your own<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You don\u2019t need more volume.
