We discuss the Four Freedoms on a consistent basis\u2026 Time Freedom, Profit Freedom, Insurance Freedom, and Team Freedom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But here\u2019s the truth: you\u2019re only going to be as valuable as the patients you\u2019re attracting and the system you\u2019ve set up internally to actually maximize on their value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This requires an alignment between the practice you want to build and the patients you want to serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The more you try to be something you&#8217;re not (where you follow something that isn\u2019t in your heart or conflicts who you are), the more you copy those around you, the more you chase ideas that aren\u2019t yours and hodgepodge them together into your practice\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The more disappointed you\u2019re going to be. This path only leads to burn out and frustration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you can lock in on the four \u201cNew Era\u201d realities \u2013 educated consumers, a demand for relationship-based care, patients buying at a premium, and a movement toward transformative health \u2013 then you\u2019ve got the ingredients to create something special.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because people are buying the slight advantage. They\u2019re buying the cutting edge. They\u2019re buying the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And if your practice is selling the past where you are only triaging patients&#8217; problems, patching holes, and filling cracks \u2013 you\u2019re going to get stuck. Not in the bottom 80%\u2026 but in the bottom 50%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eventually you will plateau. Maybe you already feel like you have with low profitability, a grind-it-out kind of day, believing the only way to get what you really want is to do MORE of what you\u2019re already doing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doing MORE is never the answer. I offer you a better way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Differentiate and Dominate<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This new era of private practice dentistry is about embracing these four forces and using them to <strong>fully, completely, once and for all<\/strong> differentiate yourself from all alternatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From every other dental practice\u2026 from every other health opportunity\u2026 from every brand out there trying to compete for your patient\u2019s attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you do this right\u2026 your practice will thrive, your profit will soar, and your wealth will accelerate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether you\u2019re already financially independent or still working off debt. Whether you\u2019ve got a 3-year, 5-year, or 10-year plan. This is the better path forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But the only way to take advantage of the boom in the markets (stocks, real estate, asset growth), is to get more chips off the table, out of your practice, and into your personal money business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ve got to learn to do this on purpose with total, absolute discipline. And your practice must be more profitable in order to do that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Stack the Deck<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You want to invest OUT of your practice, rather than solely focusing on reinvesting IN your practice. This is a complete 180\u00b0 shift from what the industry tells you. The private practice opportunity <strong>begets your personal wealth opportunity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, you can lessen the amount of time to earn the same amount of money (or more) when you align with these four forces as you upgrade to serving the top 20% of your patient population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imagine this: right now, 20% of your time is your most valuable time, right? But what if 80% of your clinical time was your most valuable time?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s a 4x multiple \u2013 and you wouldn\u2019t even need the fully optimize the formula to do what I\u2019m talking about. You could double your value and do it in half the time. THAT is how you buy your freedom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Dentistry You Desire<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The other benefit of this is actually getting to do the dentistry you love, the procedures you are passionate about, and the care that truly changes lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let me ask you: how do you want to spend your clinical hours?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You want your time spent solving problems or the creating possibilities?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve never met a doctor who says, \u201cSign me up for as many fillings as possible.\u201d I\u2019ve never heard one say, \u201cYou know, I wish I did less smile makeovers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So let\u2019s attract more of what you want \u2013 the patients who desire the dentistry you want to deliver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m not talking gimmicks or marketing schemes that has you dumping more money into ads just to get a few decent leads. That\u2019s how most doctors are eking out a living\u2026 by spending $20,000\u2026 $30,000\u2026 $40,000 a month in marketing just to get through the haystack and find a few valuable needles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m talking about building a <strong>practice of needles<\/strong>. A full patient base of the right people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s the transformation. That\u2019s the mindset shift. That\u2019s what leads to a better model built through better patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So stop trying to \u201cpatch the past,\u201d and instead start building your future.
