That\u2019s where freedom lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The greatest leaders in life (in sports, in business, in the chair), know that&nbsp;<strong>the moment you prepare for is the moment you dominate.<\/strong>&nbsp;That\u2019s what I call \u201cbookending your day with intention.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stop Chasing Peace of Mind and Start&nbsp;<em>Creating<\/em>&nbsp;It<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A lot of docs confuse perfectionism with preparation.
