It is the single most powerful habit I&#8217;ve ever implemented in my life and the one thing that separates doctors who are in control from doctors who are constantly reacting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every day is game day for you. You don&#8217;t get practice rounds. You don&#8217;t get warm-ups. You wake up Monday morning and it&#8217;s on. So, if you&#8217;re not planning ahead of time, you&#8217;re just showing up hoping it works out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Watch as I walk you through exactly how I do it. How I compartmentalize my time into rocks, pebbles, and sand. How I protect my workouts, my date nights, my business development time, and my treatment planning prep. How to make sure the clinical days don&#8217;t swallow everything else you are doing.
