Not &#8220;pretty good for a Monday.&#8221; Not &#8220;better than last week.&#8221; I mean actually aligned with what you love, what fills you up, what makes you excited to show up and do the work only you can do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For most dentists, that question hits hard because you&#8217;re living someone else&#8217;s version of a good day. You&#8217;re making decisions based on what everybody else needs instead of what you actually want. Worse, for some of you it\u2019s been so long you don&#8217;t even know what you want anymore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That&#8217;s the problem we&#8217;re solving today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this video, I&#8217;m taking you all the way back to the conversation I have with every single one of my doctors when we first sit down together. It&#8217;s the most important question I ever ask. It&#8217;s the foundation of everything we build. It starts like this: <strong>What do you love and what do you not like so much?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That&#8217;s it. Simple, honest, powerful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What brings you excitement and anticipation, and what brings you stress and anxiety? What would you keep, and what would you change? We draw the line down the page. Then we maximize the good and we eliminate the bad. When we&#8217;re done, we don&#8217;t just have a better schedule\u2026 we have a better life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because the perfect day isn&#8217;t about squeezing more production into the calendar, it&#8217;s about designing your daily life around what you value most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I walk you through something I call the Pyramid of Time. The least valuable thing you do is deliver dentistry. Yes, you heard me right. The next valuable is creating the dentistry to do. The next is working on the business. Above that, working on your life. At the very top is working on you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most dentists flip that pyramid upside down. They spend all their time delivering, barely any time diagnosing, almost no time on the business, and whatever&#8217;s left over (which isn\u2019t much) goes to life and self. Then they wonder why they&#8217;re exhausted, resentful, and stuck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this video, I show you how to flip it back. How to start at the top and let everything else flow from there. How to design days that don&#8217;t just work but energize you.
