You&#8217;re looking for more phone calls when the real opportunity is turning the existing ones into higher-value outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All because your practice is leaking and not just a little&#8230; a lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most doctors look at production and collections, and assume that&#8217;s the whole picture. It&#8217;s not. Those numbers tell you what you caught. They don&#8217;t tell you what you missed. They don&#8217;t show you the treatment that walked out the door. They don&#8217;t show you the patient who never scheduled phase two. They don&#8217;t show you the healthy patient who could have said yes to something bigger if you had just asked.
