After last night’s webinar The Dental Declaration of Independence (in case you missed it, watch the replay where I walked through the Five States of Independence that every practice owner moves through), I wanted to continue the conversation.
Not because it’s about your practice (though your practice fits right into this) but because it’s about YOU. Your life. Your future. The version of yourself you’re becoming.
Here’s what I know about most dentists: you’ve got the skills, you’ve got the drive, you’ve got the heart… but somewhere along the way, you started waiting for permission. Permission to raise fees. Permission to drop insurance. Permission to be great. Permission to want more. Permission to actually enjoy what it takes to win.
And I’m here to tell you… you don’t need anyone’s permission but your own.
In this video, I walk you through the three core permissions every dentist must learn to give themselves if they want to break free and build the life they deserve… Believe. Achieve. Receive. Most dentists master two of those and wonder why they’re still stuck. I’m going to show you the third one you’re missing and why it’s silently sabotaging everything you’re trying to build.
But there’s a fourth permission (the most important one) that hardly anyone talks about. It happens to be the reason you either feel energized by the grind or crushed by it. The reason your practice either becomes the vehicle for your freedom or the cage that traps you.
I call it the WIT principle and it’s a total game-changer. So, watch this video, give yourself ten minutes, let it sink in because the moment you give yourself permission to stop resisting what it takes and start enjoying it? Everything changes.
