The MAGIC POWER of the HUMAN CONNECTION (and how to establish it)

You know what I love about what I do…the people. Obviously. But not just that because really, I’m not a people person in the social sense. More in the individual relationship sense. If that makes any sense.

What I love is visiting with You and your spouse or significant other and listening to you share your Story about your life journey, your passion, your decision and pathway to and through Dentistry, and the evolution of your career and practice, and then most importantly where you want to go next.

What excites you, what you are looking forward to, what you want to see happen.
What makes you feel proud and fulfilled and successful.

The Transformations are magical, the light in the eyes, the fire in the belly that reignites and surges because you discover that your Dream Practice can actually be your Reality.

I believe making you financially liberated and wealthy in all ways (not just with money but with your time, your energy, your life balance and peace of mind) is really what I’m all about.

Here’s the thing, as great as the rewards are they would not be possible if I first did not LISTEN to your STORY.

And…that is my favorite part of what I do…learning about your Story and finding out the things that make you squirm with excitement, deliver the dentistry you love and discover the type of practice that you desire most.

I always say I want to work with a Dentist who has LIFE OUTSIDE of DENTISTRY…making your practice busier is not exciting to me, it’s not challenging, and it has no purpose or meaning – unless it’s tied directly into your MISSION, PURPOSE, PASSION, obsessive pursuit of excellence.

That’s exciting.

Dentists always ask me how I know exactly what will happen in their future and why I am so confident we will get the results that I guarantee – it’s because I make it person-specific – to you. I know how you think, how you make decisions, what motivates you, what you will stick with, what you will follow-through on, what support and encouragement you need, what systems must be put in place.

This goes so much deeper than just some business strategy.

It’s about YOU.

And there in lies the magic with your Patients… Make it PERSONAL.

(Now get ready because I’m going to expand your mind right here, and then I’m going to ask you to play along which is the only way you learn and improve.)

First:

You have to be curious…and really genuinely care…and be interested.

Second:

You must ask more questions…get them talking, sharing, opening up to you.

Third:

You now will intently listen…take in what they are saying.

Fourth:

Next the magic happens when you can connect their personal / life story and future plans to their Dentistry… their Smile Makeover (or whatever you are using) to help them improve their quality of life and health.

Fifth:

You must now engage them by showing you are listening, restate, summarize, tie all of the above together and then share your story…and/or…a patient’s story of past success, (better yours because it makes it personal and intimate with them).

Finally…

You bring it all full circle by moving into your diagnosis and everything I’ve already taught you and shared in my High Fee Big Case Accelerator System and the 8 steps to complete treatment diagnosis.

This is where the magic happens: LISTENING and SHARING

This is how you get people to trust you and to accept the plans you are prescribing for them. There’s a saying I have always lived by…

YOU CAN’T RUSH RELATIONSHIP

There are ways you can nurture it, cultivate it, accelerate it…but you can’t rush it.

It will be something you can apply directly to yourself.
