Look, I know it is past Valentine’s Day but here is the thing… Love is not a holiday in your practice. It is every single day. It is woven through everything you do.
It is why patients drive past three other practices to get to you. It is why they say yes to treatment. It is why they refer their families.
If you want patients to love you with more than just their feelings, if you want them to love you with their money, then you need to understand what I am about to show you in this video.
Here is what most dentists get wrong… They think trust is something you ask for. “Will you trust me?”
Wrong question, because if you have to ask for someone’s trust, you do not have it. Trust is not requested, it is earned.
You earn it by acting as if you already have it. That is the secret. That is the difference between a practice people tolerate and a practice people champion.
In this video, I am breaking down the exact framework we use with practices to move patients up the trust ladder at every single point of contact: Phone call, Front desk, Hygiene chair, Case presentation, Checkout.
Every touchpoint either builds trust or destroys it. There is no neutral.
I am talking about the specific actions that transform how patients experience you. I will show you how to wrap every clinical interaction, every transactional moment, in something relational.
Because here is the brutal truth… your practice is transactional by default. Insurance verification. Charting. Schedules. Protocols. All transactional.
In dentistry, we are ingrained to follow protocol. To be clinical by nature.
Think about how you operate right now… How you answer the phone. How you check insurance. How you welcome a patient. How you go through records. How you execute procedures. How you do hygiene. How you deliver a case.
It is all very transactional. So, you cannot be status quo, mediocre, complacent. You cannot be average and not let transaction get the best of you.
If you do not deliberately, with powerful intentionality, wrap that up in a relational approach, it will come across to your patients as sterile and not real.
Because patients do not love protocols… they love people.
Lastly, I am also going to walk you through the three elements you must master if you want to create genuine connection in a busy, chaotic day.
Presence. Pace. Attention.
Without these, you are just checking boxes. With them, you become unforgettable.
This is not about being nicer. This is not about scripts or fake smiles or patient experience surveys.
This is about understanding that gratitude is the greatest force for good on earth, and when your team operates from that place, everything changes.
Here Is My Challenge…
Watch this video all the way through.
If you want a practice where patients choose you, trust you, and pay you what you are worth… if you want a culture where your team shows up with purpose instead of punching a clock… you need to stop operating like every other practice and start leading like the champion you are.
This might be the most important 15 minutes of your week.
I walk you through how to wake up your culture, clean up your standards, right the ship of your attitude, and double down on being a person of praise, a person of appreciation, a person of gratitude.
If you are still asking patients to trust you instead of earning it, this video will show you exactly how to flip that script.
That is how you live out this wonderful word of love.
