A Big Case Lead Generation Secret

I know you have heard about, if not been inundated by, the craze for Sleep Dentistry.  Well let me tell you something… it’s real, it’s happening, it’s not going away.

You see, not only do more patients than you can probably imagine have legitimate airway problems that prevent them from sleeping and breathing properly, but their dysfunctional occlusion has created and been cause for so many other dominos of problems to occur.

Here is the thing that you may not realize: doing sleep just for the sake of it or just for the money isn’t worth it.  I mean it can be, but that’s just not the point.

There are two other bigger reasons to do it…

1st – The obvious: it’s life changing.  While I believe a beautiful smile, a mouth that works and is healthy is also life changing but… when you incorporate sleep you are prolonging your patient’s lives

2nd – It breeds big cases.

Here are the facts: if a patient wanted to have their mouth rebuilt they would have done it a long time ago.  With sleep, you get patients intrigued through a different educational process and level of awareness.

Once you do, you can then broaden their perspective and vision of their mouths.  It often moves to a reconstructive or at least some time of restorative case of some significance.

Pain, Sleep, Airway, Expansion, Ortho, Bruxism and so on and so forth – are all interrelated.  So the question is: what gets the patient into the office with eyes, ears and mouth wide open so that they are ready to receive, listen, learn and then do something about it?

I see people pigeon hole themselves into a one tract mind and then the patient reciprocates that, which leaves a lot of money on the table and health behind for the patient.

The bottom line is – sleep hits patients in a place they feel often more so than their smile and it brings in an entry point to your practice not to mention the opportunity to grow from the inside out

I have so many incredible Sleep and TMJ specialists running boutique practices and I don’t know anything inside of general practices catching waves like this.

The big problem is you can do it all wrong, lose a lot of money, disappoint a lot of patients, waste a lot of time and frustrate the hell out of your team members if you screw this up.

There is a right way and wrong way to do it.  And you won’t get it from ads in trade journals or from people talking on clinical stages that don’t have the cases, patients, real profit and systems to show for it.

That’s where I bring you the best news.  The number one doctor in the country is Dr. Daniel Klauer, and he is my dear friend and all-star client.

He has helped countless practices execute sleep without insurance or medical bs and without doctors running around the community begging for business and especially without sabotaging their existing practices.

I don’t want to force feed you information you don’t want.  If you are doing sleep now, dabbling in it or serious about it; or if you are just curious or still trying to decide if it’s right for you…

All the answers are right here.  You simply have to talk with someone and learn from someone who has been there and is (most importantly) still doing it…

I have co-authored a book with Dr. Klauer that outlines the entire sleep success system for integration and profitable growth inside of your practice…

However, I caution you…  Whatever you do, don’t chase trends for the sake of it or because the industry tells you to.  Don’t buy into bright shiny objects and think the grass is greener.

Only pursue something if you have a passionate interest and it fits with your clinical philosophy and vision of your practice.  Then go after something in the right through information, proven systems and experience.

Detours are expensive and wasteful.  The smart approach is to research first, follow mentors who don’t just talk but do and find people with results to emulate.
